I had the honor of being interviewed by the Local News Pasadena Newspaper. It was truly amazing that the founder of this newspaper discovered me through Nextdoor and, not only being a founder, but a CPA as well, she offered to help with my nonprofit tax return. She kindly taught me what I need to be aware of and take care of within my organization. She later published my nonprofit story in the local newspaper, which was an amazing feat. I offered to do a drawing for her son's dog, and she loved it! It's incredible how this platform has brought me so many connections and has allowed me to meet so many kind neighbors.
